Head of
Automation and Screening (m/w)
In dieser herausfordernden Position sind Sie für
die Etablierung und Leitung unseres Screening- und Automatisierungsteams verantwortlich.
Sie leiten entsprechend eine Gruppe von hochmotivierten Wissenschaftlern und
technischem Personal an und verantworten die Durchführung von
Hochdurchsatz-Screening-Kampagnen zur Identifizierung von Leadkandidaten auf
Basis unserer eigenen Affilin® Technologie. Darüber hinaus gehört die Assay-Entwicklung
für das Hochdurchsatz-Screening zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
Für diese sehr verantwortungsvolle Stelle
qualifizieren Sie sich als promovierter Wissenschaftler oder einer äquivalenten
Qualifikation im Ingenieursbereich, sowie durch mehrjährige Erfahrung in der
Automatisierung und im Hochdurchsatzscreening. Wünschenswert sind zudem
Erfahrungen im Bereich verschiedener Displaymethoden und im
Protein-Engineering.
Neben Ihrer fachlichen Qualifizierung ist es
entscheidend, dass Sie bereits ein Team an Wissenschaftlern qualifiziert geleitet
haben. Weiterhin stellt Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen für Sie eine
Selbstverständlichkeit dar. Ferner sollten Sie sich durch proaktives und

To further expand our capabilities we seek a
Head of Automation and Screening (m/f)
Inthis challenging position you will establish and lead a screening andautomation team of highly motivated scientists and technical staff. You will beresponsible for automation equipment and high-throughput screening campaigns toidentify new drug lead candidates based on our Affilin® technology. Inaddition, your group will develop all assays required for these activities.
Thesuccessful candidate has a PhD in science or an equivalent qualification inengineering as well as several years of experience in laboratory automation,screening and assay development. Preference will be given to those withexperience in phage- or other display methods and protein engineering.
Beyondtechnical expertise in the above areas you must have a strong track record inproductively leading a team of scientists. Excellent communication skills and aproactive, can-do attitude to problem solving are expected.
